Global West manufactures replacement upper arm cross shafts for 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, and 1967 Nova and Chevy two models. The steel cross shafts are stronger then stock and are zinc plated to protect against the weather. Stock, polyurethane or Global West Del-a-lum bushings can be used. The frame attaching bolts, (included in the kit) are upgraded to 1/2 inch rather than using the factory 7/16. Installation will require opening up the frame holes up to ½ inch. The ends of the shaft that hold the bushings in place are upgraded to 5/8 x 18 nuts compared to 1/2 x 20.
Two kits are required per car.
