Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You can return or exchange a Global West Suspension product within the first 30 days from receiving your product.  If 30 days have passed since you received your product, we can’t offer you a refund however you can exchange the product up to 60 days for equal value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Global West will refund the product and taxes if any apply but not shipping charges. A copy of the purchase receipt and a return Authorization number (RA#) must be included with the returning product.  To get a return authorization number simply contact Global West Suspension (877-470-2975) to acquire the number. Remember you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and inspected it. Remember to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be new, unused resalable condition, and in the original packaging. If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts your return maybe denied or value maybe reduced because of replacing missing or damaged parts. Please pack the components properly. Damage can happen in shipping when the components are not packed properly. If you are concerned about how to pack the returning part please contact the shipping department at Global West (877-470-2975).

If you are exchanging a product, you will be responsible for shipping back to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When a refund is issued it will be processed automatically to the credit card or service used for the original payment. Generally, within three days.

Late or missing refund

If you been notified of a refund and haven’t seen it with in a few days, first check your bank account one more time.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have gone through the steps and you still can not locate your refund, please contact us at 877-470-2975 and ask for accounting dept. We will help.

Sale items returned

Items returned that where on sale when purchased will be refunded at the sale price you paid at the time of the sale. 

Exchanges

Contact us and talk to one of our sales people directly so we can get your exchange posted in our system. The posting will also be your return authorization and new purchase order. The sales person will be able to help getting your exchange handled. 

Defective or damaged part in shipping.

Contact us (877-470-2975) and talk to one of our sales people directly so we can replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will need photos of the damaged box when it is dropped off.  Do not open it up. Have the driver put a note in their system indicating a damaged box. Contact us with the photos and we will get the process stated for replacement of the product and get the carrier involved. 

If the item is defective, we will need a photo of the part so we can determine what is needed.
