1962-67 Nova / Chevy II

Alignment lost!

On Nova's and Chevy II an eccentric bolt holding the lower arm to the chassis is used for setting camber. Camber is part of the alignment that directly effects tire wear. When the eccentric is rotated the tire will tilt in or out of the fender well. The problem with this design is that if the eccentric moves, the alignment goes out immediately. You will notice tire wear in a short period on time.

Kit loc-2 (eccentric lock out kit below) replaces the factory eccentrics on the lower control arm with 4 special plates. The plates are pre-drilled and numbered so that when they are rotated (front and rear plate must match numbers) the camber can be adjusted accordingly. Once the plates are indexed in the frame, the alignment will not move.

Kit LOC-2 ----- Costs $49.95 --- one kit per car.
