Performance Strut rod
bushings Kit # SRB-7, replaces the standard bushings with higher density
rubber. The design of the bushing is different because the bushing contains an
internal steel sleeve and external steel washer. When tightened the
preload on the bushing is preset by the sleeves. The bushings also index
in the frame by a steel ring molded into the rubber. All for bushings are
the same so installation is easy. Replacing these bushings will help maintain alignment and improve straight line
stability. Note: We do not recommend poly bushings in this area because Nova strut rods are not
strong enough to handle that stiff of a bushing. Part # SRB-7 --- Cost $53.71 per kit ---- one kit per car.
